Portfolio Description
The LDP is a comprehensive program designed to nurture, train and enhance the leadership potential of young Tanzanians and Africans. This program combines workshops, mentoring, and practical experiences to equip participants with essential leadership skills, critical thinking abilities, and a deep understanding of sustainable development challenges in Africa. Through this program, ALII aims to create a cadre of young leaders capable of driving positive change in their communities and nations.
