The PSP focuses on empowering young people to become active contributors to peace and security in Tanzania and across Africa. This program educates participants on conflict resolution techniques, peace-building strategies, and the importance of inclusive security. Through workshops, simulations, and engagement with key stakeholders, young leaders learn to address root causes of conflict and promote sustainable peace, preparing them to play crucial roles in maintaining stability and fostering development in their regions.
