One Africa Intergenerational Leadership Forum 2026

In commemoration of African Youth Month, The African Leadership Initiatives for Impact (ALII) will be convening the One Africa Intergenerational Leadership Forum 2026, a high-level Pan-African dialogue forum bringing together emerging and established leaders to exchange ideas, share experiences, and explore collaborative approaches to Africa’s leadership and development.

Taking place on 7 November 2026 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, the forum will be held under the theme “Bridging Intergenerational Leadership for One Africa’s Shared Future.”

The forum will feature high-level intergenerational dialogue, panel discussions and a youth innovation showcase. It will provide a space for meaningful engagement between generations, enabling participants to share perspectives, discuss contemporary African challenges, explore innovative solutions, and strengthen collaboration towards a more integrated, inclusive and prosperous continent.

Registration is now closed. The forum welcomes applications from young leaders, established professionals, policymakers, entrepreneurs, innovators, academics, civil society representatives, students, and individuals passionate about leadership, governance, innovation, and Africa’s development.
